The others in the shared dorm were not friendly (not the hostels fault. Also, we booked a shared room so that was also part of the parcel) The pay/voucher part of the free parking we found confusing

Excellent
The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone is very friendly and supportive, the shared kitchen was clean and welcoming with free coffee, tea and even hot chocolate. The whole hostel has a very nice and warm atmosphere which will make you feel at home. If I ever come back to Galway again, I would choose the same accommodation.

Nice beds, good breakfast.
Only sink was located in the bedroom and not in the bathroom. Leads to a lot of noise in a shared room.
